We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is key to ensuring smooth reception processes, maintaining brand standards, and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the Front Desk and Bellboy teams .
Ensure smooth operations for arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest services.
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Laundry to ensure flawless operations.
Monitor guest feedback and audits, implementing action plans to continually improve satisfaction.
Manage departmental budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain the highest levels of service.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in luxury hospitality.
Proven background in customer service at international / luxury hotels .
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working under AAA service standards .
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field (desirable).
Knowledge of hotel systems.
