The Role
As our Retention Manager , you will be responsible for retaining and growing Pepperstone’s retail client base in LATAM. You’ll reactivate dormant clients, engage active traders, and build strong relationships to enhance service and increase revenue potential. This is a phone-based role focused on delivering tailored solutions, promoting educational tools, and advising on trading strategies and market events.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Building relationships with clients across multiple channels to increase engagement and longevity
- Using industry sources and external channels to generate referrals and funding
- Securing premium clients by offering differentiated market knowledge and personal service
- Achieving sales targets
- Advising retail clients on market trends and trading strategies
- Sharing market analysis and trade opportunities to maintain client interest
- Planning and executing client events, including premium experiences
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, operations, risk, development) to support initiatives
- Attending face-to-face meetings and luxury client events to nurture relationships
About You
You’ll bring :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in phone-based salesBackground in account management or working with high-net-worth clientsStrong understanding of financial markets and trading strategiesExperience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader platformsBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (highly regarded)Fluency in English and ideally a second languageExcellent collaboration and relationship-building skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilitiesCritical thinking and sound decision-makingAbility to learn quickly and coach othersComfort working with numbers and dataWillingness to travel across LATAM and occasionally overseasCommitment to Pepperstone’s values and continuous learningWhy You Will Enjoy Working With Us
