Position : Second-line Supervisor

Location : Cornelius Manufacturing De Mexico Sa De Cv

Responsibilities include :

• Assigning and coordinating work in a manufacturing department.
• Supervising hourly employees and maintaining logs of shift operations.
• Preparing daily timesheets, production summaries, overtime, and downtime reports.
• Supporting the administration of material flow, cycle counts, scrap disposal, and control of rework.
• Assisting in the introduction of production orders and analyzing production schedules for potential shortages.
• Ensuring achievement of production metrics such as effectiveness, cost, OTD, COPQ, and safety.
• Coordinating personnel training and ensuring the use of personal protective equipment.
• Supporting 5S implementation, performance evaluation, quality supervision, and tool / equipment provision.
• Managing shift start / end, break schedules, and other activities assigned by immediate supervisor.
