If you have what it takes to accelerate Metalsa's vision of future mobility, we want you to join the team For more information, visit metalsa.comFixed Assets and Projects SpecialistMissionManagement, control and proper accounting according to IFRS GAAP of Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Tooling and Investment Projects that allows to supply reliable information to internal and external customers for taking business decisions.Essential Functions Perform the accounting of fixed assets and tooling according to Metalsa guidelines to ensure the month end closing on the dates stablished by the company.Coordinate the physical inventory goods of the company to asure keeping safe the fixed assets to have a reliable information of them.Management of Capex Projects according to Metalsa policies in order to have a good control and keep safe the resources of Asia region.Ensure to bill to customer Tooling projects on time according to project terms in order to acomplish with the cashflow forecast in the company.Administration of Tooling projects and deliver proof of expenses to external customers to receive customer approval to bill and collect the funds on the expected time.Control of Capex and Tooling projects according to budget approved by Metalsa Advisory Board.Provide to users (projects area) information needed to analyze the fixed assets and projects.Attend internal and external audit requirements to have the financial statements audited for the company.Technical SkillsUse of ERP (Preference Oracle Fixed Assets and Projects module)Projects control and administrationFixed Assets and Tooling accountingKnowledge on accounting standards for fixed assets, tooling and physical control.Intermediate knowledge of ExcelJob profile1-2 year Experience : Fixed Assets administrationProjects administrationAccountingEducation : CP, LAE or LNI
