If you are looking to be a part of a team recognized as critical to the success of our business and provide world-class service to the customers of a highly respected global technology company, we'd like to talk with youWhat You Will Do : Communicate daily with customers via email, phone, and Salesforce Service Cloud to support their inquiries and needs.Manage pre- and post-order activities ensuring accuracy of documentation, pricing, and order quantities.Collaborate with Sales partners to share information and present unified communication that creates value for Molex and our customers.Process order changes in SAP and generate reports on schedule agreement activities.Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas to improve Customer Experience processes.Identify opportunities to streamline and automate assigned tasks while respecting team input in the challenge process.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) : Advanced bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Availability for hybrid work.Experience in customer-facing roles within manufacturing or automotive logistics environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.What Will Put You Ahead : Knowledge of SAP.Familiarity with Salesforce.Advanced Excel skills.Strong communication and organizational abilities.Who We Are : At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
