Location : Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX

Type : Full-time permanent position / (Hybrid : 3 office days / 2 remote)

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary : $40,000 MXN net.
  • Unlimited commissions based on results.
  • Parking allowance : $1,300 MXN.
  • Tools provided : cell phone, laptop, and any additional resources needed.
  • Hybrid model : 3 office days (CDMX) + 2 remote.

Job Description :

We are seeking an Fintech & Risk Management Sales Executive with proven experience in corporate sales and high-value deal closures. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.

This role requires a professional with deep understanding of the Fintech ecosystem, financial and credit risk analysis, and compliance with regulatory frameworks (SAT, OFAC, blacklists, etc.). A robust and verifiable network of corporate clients is essential.

The selected candidate will join a scaling Start Up environment, bringing their own portfolio and demonstrating measurable achievements in previous roles.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, prospect, and close large corporate accounts.
  • Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts with decision-makers at the executive level.
  • Represent CriskCo with confidence and professionalism in front of CEOs, CFOs, and Directors.
  • Leverage and expand a strong business network within the financial and mass consumption industries.
  • Stay updated on financial market competition and regulatory changes.
  • Demonstrate individual sales achievements and provide verifiable proof of past successes
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of closing large-scale corporate deals (must be individually verifiable).
  • Bilingual 100% (English – Spanish).
  • Strong knowledge of Fintech, credit and risk analysis, financial markets.
  • Active client portfolio with executive-level contacts.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Executive presence : well-dressed, professional, charismatic, and persuasive.
  • Strong observational skills, confident personality, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Adaptability to a Start Up environment with growth mindset.
