Job Description :
We are seeking an Fintech & Risk Management Sales Executive with proven experience in corporate sales and high-value deal closures. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.
This role requires a professional with deep understanding of the Fintech ecosystem, financial and credit risk analysis, and compliance with regulatory frameworks (SAT, OFAC, blacklists, etc.). A robust and verifiable network of corporate clients is essential.
The selected candidate will join a scaling Start Up environment, bringing their own portfolio and demonstrating measurable achievements in previous roles.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategies to identify, prospect, and close large corporate accounts.Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts with decision-makers at the executive level.Represent CriskCo with confidence and professionalism in front of CEOs, CFOs, and Directors.Leverage and expand a strong business network within the financial and mass consumption industries.Stay updated on financial market competition and regulatory changes.Demonstrate individual sales achievements and provide verifiable proof of past successesQualifications :
Proven track record of closing large-scale corporate deals (must be individually verifiable).Bilingual 100% (English – Spanish).Strong knowledge of Fintech, credit and risk analysis, financial markets.Active client portfolio with executive-level contacts.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Executive presence : well-dressed, professional, charismatic, and persuasive.Strong observational skills, confident personality, and ability to perform under pressure.Adaptability to a Start Up environment with growth mindset.
