About the job

• Support the updating, review, and release of QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, policies, etc.).
• Assist in the creation and registration of new documentation aligned with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in activities related to the migration, upload, and administration of documents in the CAQ software.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement projects related to quality management.
• Support internal audits by providing required information and documentation.
• Perform basic process analysis and propose improvements focused on standardization and compliance.
• Maintain the documentation database updated and ensure proper traceability.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and report progress to the Quality team.

Your tasks

• Active student in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled student with full availability to complete a six‑month internship.
• Basic knowledge ofISO 9001 (interpretation of requirements and quality management principles).
• Support in document control, follow‑up of actions, and internal audits – this is key.
• Interest in or focus on document management.
• Analytical profile, detail‑oriented, and well‑organized.
• General understanding of quality management systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: familiarity with document management tools or software (ideally CAQ).
• Strong organizational and information management skills.
• Effective communication.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Teamwork skills.Basic analytical ability and task follow-up.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in QMS administration and ISO certification processes.
