Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze core business KPIs daily to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities Develop and test data driven hypotheses to improve overall business performance Gather clean and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies with cross functional teams Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention by acting on feedback and service gaps Collaborate with teams including operations marketing and product to align strategies and ensure execution Conduct fieldwork market research and customer interviews to stay informed on local market dynamics Contribute to strategic projects and support the launch and scale of new initiatives

Qualifications

Proven track record of driving business growth and improving KPIs such as Rides, GMV and Net Revenue Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau and Data Studio Solid understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and ability to act on customer feedback Experience conducting customer development and marketing research including field surveys Familiarity with MVP testing and iterative business or product development Fluent English spoken and written Proactive, goal oriented and highly self motivated with strong communication and problem solving skills Background in project management, business development or product development is a strong plus Willingness to travel within Mexico 20 to 25 percent and occasionally abroad 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, expansion or launching in Ride Hailing, Delivery or similar tech driven industries
