We aim to create software that delivers real-time data to the entire supply chain that allows producers to get better insight into what is happening on their farms and what they can do to responsibly improve production.

MTech Systems is a prominent provider of tools for managing performance in Live Animal Protein Production. For over 30 years, MTech Systems has provided cutting-edge enterprise data solutions for all aspects of the live poultry operations cycle. We provide our customers with solutions in Business Intelligence, Live Production Accounting, Production Planning, and Remote Data Management—all through an integrated system. Our applications can currently be found running businesses on six continents in over 50 countries. MTech has built an international reputation for equipping our customers with the power to utilize comprehensive data to maximize profitability.

With over 200 employees globally, MTech Systems currently has main offices in Mexico, United States, and Brazil, with additional resources in key markets around the world. MTech Systems USA’s headquarters is based in Atlanta, Georgia and has approximately 90 team members in a casual, collaborative environment. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team and support growth in the LATAM region . In this role, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy defined by Sales Management, engaging with prospective and existing clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions through well-crafted commercial proposals.

You will play a key role in building and nurturing strategic relationships—acting as a bridge between clients and partners to drive long-term value and business success.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and progress
  • Collaborate with production and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution of sales-related activities
  • Build and manage a robust client portfolio and actively prospect new opportunities
  • Identify and develop opportunities in new markets within the LATAM region
  • Design and present customized projects and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Prepare detailed and competitive commercial proposals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support company planning, including budgeting and strategic decisions
  • Ensure high-quality standards in proposal development and client negotiations
  • Deliver lectures and training sessions for producers and partner companies
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts in alignment with company objectives
  • Adhere to all commercial policies and procedures
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Plan and execute specialized sales strategies for key segments
  • Stay informed on technological trends and developments in the poultry industry

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Native Spanish speaker; English proficiency desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial / sales role
  • Solid knowledge of animal management and production , particularly within the livestock or poultry industry
