Carwiz International is growing, and so is our team!

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Key Account Manager experienced in the car rental industry to join our international team and support our partners across Latin America. We want to meet you if you’re passionate about operational excellence, relationship-building, and global mobility trends!

What you’ll do :

Support and guide franchise partners in day-to-day operations
Ensure brand standards and procedures are consistently followed
Lead onboarding and development of new franchisees
Analyze performance and implement improvements
Bridge communication between HQ and partners

What we’re looking for :

Fluency in Spanish and English

Experience in a car rental franchise and business operations is a must

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented

Comfortable working across time zones and remotely
