Student / Trainee / Apprentice | Part-Time | Supply Chain and Logistics

LATAM Regional Procurement Organization (RPO) is responsible for managing LATAM (From México to Argentina, including Brasil) Vestas' spend with external suppliers for Service department.

Responsibilities :

• Support regional purchaser and team lead on activities as :
• Prepare Documentation for tenders (include technical documentation, comercial)
• Prepare commercial discutions with new suppliers, including NDA signatures and suppliers pre-assestment evaluation.
• Launch and follow up Request for quotations with suppliers
• Perform price analysis evaluation
• SAP deliverables management
• Support on contract closing (preparation and signature)
• Follow up on department KPIS (on time delivery, cost, etc)
• Supplier and master data management (vendor creation and update)
