Direct E-commerce work focuses on :

• Build & coordinate a light events plan, focusing on key product launches.
• Building & negotiation of an e-retailer brand loyalty program supported by e-retailer, content creation, monitoring of program performance with e-retailer.
• Definition of the country's omnichannel strategy.
• Management of the e-commerce site in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Finance :
• Structuring and updating of the online product mix, of the presentation of content (visibility, search optimization, localization).
• Management of events campaigns, promotional offers.
• Analysis of performance and of ON SITE e-Commerce conversion.
• Tracking of traffic acquisition performance and KPIs.
