Compliance Attorney

We are looking for a

Compliance Attorney

for our

Mexico City office

The ideal candidate will have :

2–3 years of experience as a Compliance Attorney at a Law Firm

Bilingual

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders

Maturity, gravitas, and emotional intelligence

The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

A high sense of urgency

Experience / knowledge :

Corporate Governance

Liability of Legal Entities

Management of External Investigations

Anti-Corruption Compliance (including bribery, graft, conflicts of interest, and familiarity with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act)

Risk Assessment and Internal Controls

Design and Implementation of Internal Controls, Organizational Models, and Risk Management Systems

Development of Internal Corporate Compliance Policies, including but not limited to : codes of ethics, codes of conduct, whistleblower channels, ethics committees, anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies, conflict of interest management, and declarations of commitment
