Summary
The National Sales Manager for Self Service Stores is responsible for leading the overall business relationship with Walmart, Chedraui, Soriana and Regional Accounts across all banners, formats and Omnichannel. This role will develop and execute customer strategies that maximize Hershey’s growth, ensure category leadership, and deliver profitable and sustainable results. The position requires close collaboration with multifunctional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, RGM and Category Management) to drive joint business planning, flawless execution and strategic alignment with top customers.

Qualifications
Knowledge, skills and abilities required :
Customer Leadership & Joint Business Planning : Own and lead the strategic relationship with top customers, serving as the primary point of contact at nation level.Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned with Hershey’s commercial priorities and Walmart’s strategic objectives.Negotiate annual agreements, terms, trade investments and promotional calendars ensuring mutual growth.Category Captaincy and Leadership initiatives with Walmart to position Hershey’s as a preferred partner.Collaboration with Supply Chain, CPFR and Customer Replenishment to maximize service levels and internal WMAPE & forecasting.Commercial Strategy & Execution : Define and implement channel / customer strategies, including pricing, assortment, shelving and merchandising.Take OBPPC approach to maximize portfolio impact for shoppers in SSS.Negotiate promotional effectiveness through sell-in / sell-out analysis and optimize trade spend ROI aligned with RGM Strategy.Develop Omnichannel Strategic Agenda to accelerate Hershey’s online presence and growth.Perfect Store & Commercial Excellence : Maximize the use of human resources to drive velocity in top stores.Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Category to deliver a segmented Picture of Success per banner, according to Hershey’s value proposition.Use Technology to measure main KPIs and transform them into actions.Effective Communicator : Excel in storytelling to influence and inspire to win.Multifunctional connected online and offline skills to engage key stakeholders.Leadership & Talent Development : Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing brand team.Act as a culture carrier and role model for company values.Mentor future marketing leaders and drive capability building in areas like digital, analytics, and innovation.Key Skills & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
Experience
Experience : 8-10 years in Commercial areas (Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing).
