Unicorn Role Overview :
We are continuously seeking talented Real Estate Assistants to join our talent pool for upcoming client opportunities. This is an evergreen position , meaning we are actively screening professionals for ongoing client needs across the real estate industry. If you are organized, proactive, and have experience supporting real estate professionals with admin tasks, marketing, or CRM management, we’d love to connect!
What You’ll Do :
- Manage CRMs to ensure accurate and updated client and property records
- Assist with different Real Estate documentation and workflows
- Assist with property listing preparations (scheduling shoots, writing descriptions, MLS input)
- Provide general administrative support : calendar management, email inboxes, appointment scheduling
- Support real estate marketing efforts (email campaigns, social media posts, newsletters)
- Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors in a professional and timely manner
- Help maintain organization of digital assets, documents, and databases
Requirements
Prior experience working in a real estate setting (administrative, marketing, Executive or transaction coordination)Familiarity with U.S. real estate workflows and compliance practicesProficiency in CRMs such as Follow Up Boss, KW Command, or similar Real Estate platformsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and self-motivated with a proactive work styleTools You’ll Use :
