Monterrey, N.L. | Full-time (6 days a week)

We’re looking for Customer Care Representatives with excellent English and proven e-commerce experience — the kind that involves tickets, orders, returns, and shipping claims.

You’ll join a fast-paced, multitasking team that :

Takes calls

Handles e-commerce tickets (Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, etc.)

Responds to customer emails and product inquiries

If you’ve worked in e-commerce customer support , you already know what it takes : speed, structure, and a genuine commitment to solving problems the right way.
