We are looking for a healthcare professional with a solid background in neurosurgery and the medical device industry, specializing in the commercial promotion and inclusion of advanced therapies. Holds an academic foundation in health sciences and a proven record of sales, combining technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to establish trust-based relationships with medical professionals, surgical teams, and administrative stakeholders.

Key Strengths

Hands-on experience in surgical environments, particularly in neurosurgery (desirable).

Academic training in health-related fields (medicine, nursing, biomedical engineering, or similar).

Proven track record of sales and business development.

In-depth knowledge of administrative processes in public hospitals and inclusion of therapies.

Familiarity with private hospital processes and their commercial pathways.

Experience working with medical distributors and managing indirect sales models.

Proficient in English as a second language (effective communication in international settings).

Excellent communication skills with both clinical and commercial stakeholders.

Capable of delivering clinical training, in-theater support, and technical demonstrations.

Strategic approach to consultative sales and long-term relationship development.
