Business Optimization Consultant

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated Business Optimization Consultant to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

This position owns the research, development, and design of low-to-moderately complex initiatives to enhance innovation and optimize process efficiency, resource utilization, quality, accuracy, and customer service within the department. The position performs basic data analysis to provide insights that help the business measure success and understand the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Fluent English skills
• Minimum required work experience : 2 to 4 years
• Bachelor’s degree preferable
• Experience in Insurance companies is a preferable.
• Experience in service operations companies (servicing the customer).
• Assesses business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develops, designs and recommends solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Tracks the performance of implemented solutions to ensure effectiveness and identify further improvement opportunities. Acts as a business optimization consultant to lead or support assigned initiatives.
• Analyzes data and leverages it to tell a story around the results of an initiative. Implements strategies to influence stakeholders and secure their support and commitment. Assists with data analysis and preparation of progress reports. May present findings to leadership and other business partners.
• Applies working understanding of key business factors to identify potential issues or risks associated with proposed changes by evaluating their impact on existing processes, workflows, systems, and stakeholders.
