We seek a dynamic Marketing Promotion Manager to drive brand awareness and market penetration in Mexico.

Job Overview : The Marketing Promotion Manager will design and execute strategic marketing campaigns to elevate the Oriental Yuhong brand, generate leads, and support sales growth. This role requires expertise in Distribution & Retail marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to align with business objectives in the construction and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Channel-Centric Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to building material distributors, wholesalers, and key channel partners in Mexico.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the channel network to optimize product positioning and promotional ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with channel sales targets and distributor capabilities.

3.Leverage CRM data to track channel performance and refine lead-nurturing strategies.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

2. 5+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on channel sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial sectors.

3. Proven experience in designing and executing channel partner programs (e.g., distributor incentives, co-marketing initiatives).

4. Strong understanding of Mexico's building materials distribution landscape (key players, procurement cycles, decision-makers).

5. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

6. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with channel partners.

7. Building materials company marketing and distribution management are preferred.

8. Ceramic enterprise, hardware, pipe industry, sand powder, waterproof coating and other enterprises, marketing manager experience is preferred
