Job Title : Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced technical support engineer to join our team. As a technical support engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for Voiceline problems and production defects.
You will work closely with our development team to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement code changes. Your expertise in Java, JavaScript, Springboot, and SNOW will be essential in resolving complex technical issues.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
This is a remote position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will need to work on mixed schedules, including weekends and night shifts.
