Job Summary : The candidate
Responsibilities and Duties :
Core HR module experience in Oracle HCM. Strong configuration skills in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards.
Configure, develop, and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absences, Time &Labor, Payroll, Compensation and Talent & Performance.
Experience in delivering the Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features.
Should have complete understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
should have experience in resolving performance issues in the data migration, integration & reporting tracks . should know how to tune SQL and be knowledgeable of the best practices to follow for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI and Fast Formula.
must have expertise in multiple technical areas and should have exposure to the entire Cloud HCM SaaS / PaaS tech toolsets . needs to be a subject matter expert across HCM Cloud modules & tool sets (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, OVB, OIC, ODA, .
