Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Power & Grid Segment KAM in our Polanco Hub, Mexico City. At Schneider Electric, we empower our customers with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability in the Power & Grid segment.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team and help us strengthen our relationships with key clients. Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Power & Grid segment, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Present new offerings and innovative solutions to clients, showcasing the value of Schneider Electric products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer needs. Qualifications We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.

Strong knowledge of the utilities segment, including electrical substations, measurement, and protection systems.

Background in Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Proven experience in account management or sales within the energy sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
