About the Client : The client operates a network of mental health clinics offering comprehensive services including medication management and telehealth, catering to patients across various states. They provide tailored care for individuals with a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. The client emphasizes a holistic and compassionate approach to mental wellness, ensuring individualized treatment plans and collaboration between clinicians and therapists.
Responsibilities :
- Mental Health / Primary Care Focus : Assist with patient assessments, scheduling, and managing healthcare forms.
- Note-Taking Assistance : Support AI-generated note-taking, including copy / pasting content into appropriate documentation.
- Billing and Coding : Help with medical billing, coding, and understanding insurance procedures (experience preferred).
- Non-Critical Calls : Handle routine calls with patients and staff, escalating urgent matters to Dr. Bett as necessary.
- Scheduling : Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and reminders for patients.
- General Administrative Support : Assist with other administrative duties, including managing forms, documents, and other necessary patient communications.
