Enroute seeks an exceptional Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to be the critical technical advisor in our sales cycle and bridge complex business challenges with scalable, high-impact RPA / BPA solutions across the Latin American market.
Requirements
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting with focus on RPA / BPA solutions.
- Exceptional bilingual fluency (C1 / C2) in English and Spanish.
- Hands‑on experience with at least two major RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalents).
- Proficiency in scripting / programming languages (Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript, SQL) and strong foundation in enterprise integration, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Proven ability to create compelling ROI models and detailed business cases for enterprise software sales (ideally $500K+ deal sizes).
- Familiarity with ETL processes, GitHub basics, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira).
Responsibilities
Executive Engagement & Consultative Selling
Lead complex discovery and consultative sessions with C‑level executives (CEO, CFO, CIO) and senior stakeholders in English and Spanish.Articulate strategic business value, ROI, and TCO of RPA / BPA solutions to executive audiences, translating technical features into measurable business outcomes.Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers to navigate multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.Present and defend comprehensive solution architectures in executive boardroom settings.Solution Design & Technical Architecture
Design and architect comprehensive, enterprise‑grade RPA / BPA solution architectures tailored to client needs and environments.Deliver impactful product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept (POC) presentations.Architect scalable automation solutions using leading RPA platforms.Design robust integration strategies connecting RPA with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.Sales Enablement & Collaboration
Partner with sales executives to develop and execute winning account strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with compelling, accurate, and documented responses in English and Spanish.Provide deep technical expertise during contract negotiations and pricing discussions.Contribute to development of reference architectures, solution frameworks, and sales collateral.Benefits
