The Exporter Full primary role is to coordinate the exports processes while ensuring customs and foreign trade compliance, coordination with customs brokers and carriers, pick-up arrangements, export paperwork This role must understand and enforce Customs & Trade laws, policies, and best practices, while identifying opportunities to make day-to-day operations more efficient keeping Logistics Cost optimization

Coordinate shipments with CPPS Logistics, Custom Broker and carriers (Interact with all the actor in Supply Chain) until deliver to our Customers in a timely manner

Create CFDI in SAP

Create instructions Letter

Advance Shipping Notice (Customers)

Management of export digital file

Shipment reports

To Update procedures

Back up of export projects

Participate in internal and external audits

Support for automation projects

• Qualifications

Bachelor or Master Degree (International Business Studies, Administration or something related).2 years of experience in similar position.Trade compliance.Business English level

Automotive industry experience

Coordination Transportation experience

SAP SD module

Experience in IMMEX

Stress and Emotional Intelligence management

Knowledge in incoterms

Knowledge in Customs regulation

Free trade agreements

Business hours from Monday to Saturday (Schedule availability)
