About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated junior professional (3-5 years of experience) to join Xiaomi’s new retail division in Mexico. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring proper bookkeeping for our retail entity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily account reconciliation, including internal accounts, receivables / payables, and bank accounts, ensuring consistency between records and actual balances.
• Conduct regular reconciliations with customers and suppliers, prepare and confirm reconciliation statements, and follow up on discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, providing accurate, complete, and reliable data to support financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain reconciliation records and processes, continuously optimize reconciliation mechanisms, and enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Other ad-hoc supporting tasks as designated by management.
