Are you passionate about building strong communities and enhancing user experiences? Zeekr México is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to lead engagement strategies across our digital platforms and offline activations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage brand-owned channels (app, WhatsApp, Facebook groups) to activate and retain users.
- Develop Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) networks and drive authentic word-of-mouth.
- Organize car owner clubs and offline events.
- Design and optimize loyalty programs to boost satisfaction and referrals.
- Support user acquisition and lead conversion in collaboration with sales and marketing.
- Analyze user data to generate insights and support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance the user journey across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Support the creation and localization of content for user engagement campaigns, including newsletters, push notifications, and community posts.
- Monitor and report on user sentiment and feedback trends to proactively address service gaps and improve brand perception.
What We’re Looking For :
2–3 years of experience in user operations, community management or CRM.Background in automotive, creative agencies or event planning is a plus.Strong communication and coordination skills.Fluent in English.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.Valid driver’s license.Ready to drive user engagement and shape the future of mobility?
