Descripción del trabajoAdminister, optimize, and troubleshoot MS SQL Server and MariaDB databases. Design, maintain, and run complex SQL scripts and queries. Ensure database performance, backups, and recovery plans are effective. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automated backups, license management, SharePoint archiving, and process optimization. Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows across systems. Deploy and manage virtual machines in AWS and Azure . Maintain and monitor cloud environments in multiple regions. Architect virtual network connectivity between global cloud environments. Configure and manage OpenVPN , pfSense, and other networking / security components. Ensure secure, reliable connections for remote infrastructure access. Support Unix / Linux servers as needed. Work cross‑functionally to align infrastructure, databases, and automation with organizational goals. 5+ years of hands‑on experience in database administration, cloud infrastructure, and automation. Deep expertise in MS SQL Server (mandatory) and experience with MariaDB. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation tasks. Experience managing AWS or Azure environments (at least one deeply). Knowledge of networking and security (OpenVPN, pfSense). Unix / Linux server experience is a plus. Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based teams and working remotely. Advanced SQL scripting and database design. PowerShell automation. Cloud deployment and management (AWS / Azure). Networking and VPN configuration. Unix / Linux server support (optional but valued). English : C2-level (written and verbal). Self‑motivated, independent, and detail-oriented. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical thinking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

⏰ Schedule : Full-time | Monday to Friday (EST-based, ideally available 10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM EST daily)
Payroll : $36,000 – $43,000 MXN / month + law benefits
💡 Final salary will be determined based on experience
