Lead of Supply Chain Manager Responsible for using systems to oversee and optimize an organization's supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, demand forecasting, logistics, and master data management. This role involves leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, configuring SAP solutions, and ensuring smooth integration and data accuracy to improve efficiency and reduce costs. SAP System Management : Implement, configure, and support SAP solutions for material management, demand forecasting, inventory, and logistics. Ensure accurate master data setup and validation within SAP domains. Manage system integrations and data flow between SAP and other interfaced solutions. Supply Chain Operations : Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including ordering, transportation, and warehousing. Manage inventory levels and conduct demand planning and forecasting. Ensure business continuity and compliance with regulations across the supply chain. Project Leadership & Collaboration : Manage multiple development projects from planning to cutover and change management. Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand needs and develop innovative solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and mentorship on SAP and supply chain best practices. Problem-Solving & Analysis : Analyze scenarios and business processes to identify areas for improvement. Provide thought leadership and lead discussions to resolve escalations and issues within the SAP SCM landscape. Apply advanced analytics and AI to drive efficiency and cost savings. Required Skills Technical Skills : Deep understanding of SAP integrated supply chain offerings (e.g., SAP SCM / APO, SAP MM, SAP EWM). Proficiency in SAP data, transactions, integrations, and architecture. Experience with master data management and enterprise software integration. Business Acumen : Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. Ability to align technology solutions with business needs and objectives.
