KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project delivery by helping track timelines, updating project plans, and monitoring progress
- Assist in preparing and sharing status updates with stakeholders and team members
- Participate in client meetings to learn about their current processes, business needs, and sustainability goals
- Help conduct discovery sessions to gather client requirements and document key findings
- Assist in documenting client needs and translating them into solution requirements
- Learn and share best practices with clients under the guidance of more senior consultants
- Contribute ideas to solution design discussions, focusing on usability and alignment with client goals
- Observe and support functional design conversations, offering suggestions when appropriate
- Help facilitate workshops and interviews to gather input for Salesforce implementations or enhancements
- Assist in delivering training sessions to clients and internal teams, with support from senior team members
- Be open to occasional travel based on project and client needs
- Maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients
- Travel as required based on client needs
1.2 Business Development
Support the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and product demonstrationsHelp maintain relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and identifying ways the team can support themParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving internal processes and strategies1.3 Technical / Configuration
Assist in Salesforce Net Zero Cloud projects by helping with configuration, customization, and integration tasks under the guidance of senior team membersHelp design and deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative tools and code where requiredHelp configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows, and automations to meet client requirementsIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware toolsSupport the creation and updating of documentation, including user guides, training materials, and technical specificationsHelp identify potential risks and support change management efforts during project deliveryREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)1–2 years of experience working with Salesforce, including participation in at least one full implementation cycleFamiliarity with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud or a strong interest in sustainability-focused solutionsUnderstanding of Salesforce object model, metadata, configuration, and user permissionsExposure to Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App BuilderFoundational knowledge of SOQL / SQL and data modeling conceptsAbility to work with APIs, CI / CD tools, and version control systemsFluency in both English and Spanish (oral and written) is requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients and presenting ideasAbility to work collaboratively across teams and take initiative in ambiguous situationsWillingness to travel occasionally based on client needs4.
