Resumen

Implement and lead the production plan to meet the customer requirement always ensuring our plant objectives focused on SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Moral). Monitor the maintenance people to assure the facilities / equipment meet the production requirement. Develop and maintain the good workshop environment.

  • Develop, improve the Housekeeping system. 5 ́S.
  • Monitor the supervisor to follow the production plan to meet takt Time.
  • Guide to develop the standard work time for each location, drive the lean manufacturing.
  • Analysis and improve the production efficiency. Through ACP when required
  • Cooperate with QA department to maintain the quality / ISO9000 system.
  • Provide the guidance for workshop to follow the KANBAN system, analysis the internal material shortage from the manufacturing, guide to take corrective and preventive action.
  • Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the equipment maintenance system.
  • Analyze and adjust if required the man-hours to meet the forecast.
  • Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the tools management system.

Responsabilidades

Principal Responsibilities

    • Requirements

    Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Engineering or related careers. Preferred master degree. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the production / process field in a manufacturing environment

    Must possess the following key competencies (in no particular order) :

  • Effective supervisor skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in deployment of Problem Solving.
  • Business English
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001
  • High sense of urgency
  • Advanced computer skills

  • Knowledge and experience in deployment of problem solving methods : A3, 5 why, 8 steps
  • Application of Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Safety / Environmental Effectiveness
  • PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plan background.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key manufacturing principles and processes
