Responsibilities
- Support the client post go-live and provide resolution to issues and questions
- Engage in client projects as required
- Update configurations and settings
- Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the SCM modules
- Work with clients to develop solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met
- Assist in documentation and provide training
- Collaborate with technical resources for integrations, documentation, and complex issue resolution
- Act as a liaison between client teams, both technical and functional in nature
- Present updates to clients on a regular basis
Preferred experience
Working specifically with Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement work areasHands on experience in configuration, requirements gathering, creating documentation, and testingExperience working alongside and communicating directly with clientsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentOther Relevant Information
