The Intern DASP Promotion will provide support and service to the sales team, mainly in administrative tasks, to ensure that the DASP Promotions and Sponsorships objectives are met, being the point of contact between sales executives and planners for monitoring promotion implementation activities :
- Monitoring of internal administrative documentation (PEAS, approvals, documents for registrations and contracts, ILS, POs, etc.).
- Media plans for the promotions amplification in our media platforms (working with Planning).
- Supporting to the Promotions team in generating and adapting proposals and postmortem Reports of all promotional activities (results, photos, best practices, learning, etc.).
- Responsibilities
- Responsible and link for promotions with Finance, managing all the administrative control of the area : PEAS, POs, contracts with vendors, etc.
- Responsible and link for promotions with ILS, verifying that all promotional partners have their FAMAs and audits in order.
- Coordination, monitoring and management of internal budgets.
- Concentrate, register and organize the financial and conceptual information of Promotions in Disney systems.
- Responsible for administrative processes with vendors (contracts, POs, etc.)
- Support for the Promotions team in generating and adapting proposals for partners.
- Support for the Promotions team in generating postmortem reports for partners.
- Basic Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Administration or similar.
- Skills : Team work, results oriented, task focus, orderly, proactive, responsible,commercial sensitivity and service attitude.
- Technical / specific expertise : Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
- Advanced English desirable.
