JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsible for managing and controlling the production of one or more lines and / or cells. Experienced in overseeing production operations to ensure manufacturing is a smooth and efficient process by supervising employees and organizing workflow. Must be competent in understanding complex operations and capable of optimizing daily activities while reducing costs. - Responsible for resolving any problems that may arise during the production process, ensuring the system returns to normal as quickly as possible.- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and communicate them to employees.- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.- Train new employees on safe machinery use and procedures.- Supervise and allocate staff to appropriate areas according to production line needs.- Propose solutions to problems and ensure successful implementation.- Strictly enforce company policies and safety guidelines.- Ensure production goals are met as established.- Provide reports on production performance and progress.- Define priorities and maintain good time management.- Promote the 5S system with assigned personnel.- Implement and enforce internal regulations and disciplinary measures.- Authorize payroll and pre-payroll incidents.- Authorize vacations and permits (employee absences).- Monitor employee absences and take disciplinary measures.- Develop a personal development plan for assigned staff.

Experiencia y requisitos

EXPERIENCE : - Completed engineering degree- Minimum 2 years of experience (paint experience is a plus)- Ability to make timely decisions- Handling and administration of pre-payroll- Personnel motivation- 70% proficiency in English
