Position responsibilities are to provide technical support and knowledge to Warehouse and DC will perform independent task and projects within Logistics in relation to scrap reduction, efficiency increase and other related to KPI maintaining.Person will be participating with cooperation with other specialist and departments in new technologies and product introductions. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide technical kowledge, specifications and criterias on assigned areas / processes and take the ownership.
• Provide support to logistics areas about technical issues on processes or equipment including problem solving.
• Set and prepare work areas, workstations, and special transfer projects.
• Participate and provide support to continuous Improvement Initiatives as required.
• Visual aids creation and revision, together with applicable training on both shifts.
• Financial and technical analysis of Warehouse processes and implementation of improvements
• Support of Logistics and expertise in Warehouse related processes
• Optimization of Logistics process
• Reviewing and creating procedures related with Warehouse and Logistics Activities
• Support during new product introductions and process transfers from other business units of Demant
• Analysis and improvements in regards to KPI’s such as rework level, scrap level, efficiency
