Role Summary
As a Senior Operations Strategist, you will lead the design and execution of firm-wide productivity strategies. This role is instrumental in transforming data into decisions—auditing workflows, enforcing accountability, and ensuring every team, process, and tool aligns with organizational output and excellence. You will partner directly with the CEO, department heads, and strategic leads to embed operational clarity, audit performance rigorously, and ensure continual improvement across every function of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Performance Oversight
- Architect the firm's performance monitoring system using Time Doctor, Looker Studio, and advanced BI tools.
- Build predictive analytics models to forecast performance dips, team output gaps, and resource inefficiencies.
- Enforce data-driven decision-making at the executive level by translating raw data into strategic insights.
2. Executive-Level Productivity Auditing
Lead audits across departments (Legal, Marketing, Ops, HR) to assess alignment between workload, tools, and output.Identify systemic bottlenecks and implement solutions that elevate throughput and eliminate waste.Establish a firm-wide productivity framework with real-time KPI dashboards.3. Operational Architecture & Optimization
Design and enforce SOPs that support scalable workflows, automation integration, and measurable outcomes.Collaborate with the Automation and Tech team to build systems that eliminate manual redundancies and enhance execution speed.4. Cross-Functional Accountability
Align department leaders around shared KPIs and enforce a culture of operational ownership.Facilitate monthly performance reviews with team leads and department heads to drive accountability and realignment.5. Reporting & Executive Communication
Deliver high-level executive reports to the CEO and board with sharp clarity on what's working, what's broken, and what to fix next.Own the narrative behind every performance metric—be the source of operational truth for the organization.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 7 years in performance optimization, strategic operations, or WFM leadership roles.Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in Time Doctor, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, App Script).Operational Acumen : Proven ability to redesign workflows, scale process improvements, and manage high-stakes projects.Leadership Presence : Experience influencing C-level decisions, presenting performance plans, and managing cross-functional teams.Certifications (Preferred) : Six Sigma, PMP, OKR Frameworks, Lean Management.
