As a key member of our team, you will lead the drive for quality and productivity improvement activities across various aspects of our business. This includes implementing Lean Management methods to enhance cultural transformation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Leveraging tools and techniques from Lean Management to identify and implement process improvements
- Coaching and mentoring team leaders on Lean Management principles and supporting them in implementing innovative ideas
- Leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of large-scale improvement projects
- Driving standardization and harmonization across our global operations to ensure consistent high-quality outcomes
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure site productivity and identifying areas for improvement
- Designing and implementing new quality assurance processes in collaboration with other stakeholders
