The Role
We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our research and investment team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance, understands valuation theory, and wants to grow into an advanced professional investor.
You’ll work closely with the investment team on :
Understanding business models and analyzing companies from first principles
Building and maintaining DCF models , tracking company updates and earnings results
Following market news, management interviews, and industry trends
Performing comparable and industry analysis to identify key dynamics and peers
Refining your understanding of what makes a great business
Develop investment idea process
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role - you’ll learn directly from experienced portfolio managers and analysts, and contribute from day one.
What We’re Looking For
Required :
Deep curiosity about finance, investing, and business
Advanced understanding of financial statements, valuation and capital markets
Familiarized with sector specific KPIs
Proficiency with Excel and analytical tools (Bloomberg, Fiscal.Ai, etc.)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently, think critically, and learn fast
Enrolled in or planning to pursue the CFA Program
Preferred :
CFA Level II candidates
Prior exposure to finance through internships or previous work, self-study, or personal investing
Experience with derivative strategies
Background in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or data-driven disciplines — not required, but a plus
