The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by the SMILE 80 software platform (Smart Integrated Logistics), the "orchestra conductor" that ensures the efficient integration of the systems, guaranteeing the optimal management of all operations, from the entry of raw materials to storage right through to shipping.

  • Other Reports to controlling
  • Contact con employees to clarify expenses

  • Responsible of the intern's team
  • Company ´s cards monthly conciliation
  • Other special projects as needed.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Administration or equivalent experience preferable
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic SAP experience preferably
  • Experience with travel expenses preferably
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Team work
