Position : Executive Specialist

Salary : $1700 - $2500

Working schedule : Standard 8–5 CST; starting 7 : 00 a.m. CST is welcome to clear the Founder’s inbox before his day begins. Occasional support for after-hours events (logistics / day-of coordination).

🎯 Responsibilities :

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & LEAD GEN

• Map, segment, and prioritize referral partners (bankers, CPAs, wealth managers, attorneys).
• Orchestrate personalized follow-ups (tailored notes, one-pagers / case studies, relevant resources)
• Maintain a touchpoint cadence (quarterly lunches, event invites, thoughtful thank-you gifts aligned to partner preferences).
• Track intros / outcomes; ensure next steps are always scheduled.
