We are hiring multiple Software Engineers to join the Microsoft 365 team. These remote positions allow you to work from home.

The Microsoft 365 team builds and operates the largest enterprise cloud productivity system with products such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office. We design services that are high‑scale, low‑latency, always‑on, and cost‑effective.

More About Your Responsibilities

Software Engineers design and implement services that meet high‑scale, low‑latency, and reliability requirements. They collaborate with principal engineers, influence patterns, mentor, and drive technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects through to delivery, removing obstacles to ensure success.
• Contribute to the design of large‑scale distributed software services and solutions.
• Write clean, well‑tested code.
• Champion and improve team software engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with related teams to achieve goals.
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to onboarding documentation.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation to monitor service health and manage incidents.
