As a Senior Workforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the client's HR and Business leaders to develop workforce strategies, drive organizational change, and optimize workforce performance. You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to shape strategic workforce decisions.

Location : Mexico

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the client's HR and Business leaders to understand their strategic goals and workforce challenges.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and develop people analytics to identify trends and patterns.
• Provide workforce insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness and improve employee engagement.
• Create and deliver presentations to senior executives to communicate workforce strategies and findings.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives, including forecasting future workforce needs, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement workforce management tools and processes to optimize workforce planning and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workforce Consultant with a strong background in workforce consulting and a track record of delivering effective workforce strategies. The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
