Client Overview : Our client is a prominent leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, renowned for their innovative solutions and commitment to quality. We have been called on for assistance in their search for an HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting their operations.

Job title : HR Manager

Mission : The mission of the HR Manager is to foster a productive, inclusive, and thriving workplace by identifying and addressing training needs, supporting staff development at all levels, and promoting organizational excellence through effective human resources management.

With a commitment to seamless operations, the HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll accuracy, and the administration of general services. This role will align HR functions with organizational goals, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Detection of training needs and monitoring of the annual training program.
  • Implementation of training courses for staff at all levels of the company.
  • Conducting performance evaluations for staff at all levels of the company.
  • Control of performance indicators related to the Human Resources area
  • Follow-up on complaints or suggestions generated by staff throughout the company to provide a timely and favorable response to both parties.
  • Recruitment and selection of personnel
  • Management of disciplinary incidents
  • General services administration (transport, cleaning, insurance, telephones)
  • Application and Monitoring of NOM-035
  • Creation of internal policies and their monitoring
  • Vacation Management
  • Hiring and firing process for collaborators and induction training for new recruits
  • Contact with external suppliers (accountants, legal)
  • Review of incidents and review of payroll calculations
  • Managing Internal Communications
  • Write and monitor the annual budget for the Human Resources area
  • Coordination of annual medical examinations
  • Manage the ISO 90001 Quality system of the Human Resources area
  • Coordination of corporate events

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelors degree
  • English level : Intermediate-Advanced
  • 10+ years of experience - 3 years in a similar role
  • Strong communication, organizational, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Other information :  Candidate must show proof of Mexican citizenship / visa-wrk permit / alien registration. No sponsorship will be offered for this role.
