Coordinate interview scheduling and support the hiring process.
Assist with background checks, pre-boarding, and onboarding tasks.
Track referrals and help maintain candidate pipelines.
Communicate directly with universities to organize internship programs and career events.
Generate recruitment reports and keep data up-to-date.
Represent the company at recruitment events like career fairs and Talent Land GDL .
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or candidate coordination.
Intermediate to advanced English skills (written and spoken).
Experience using ATS platforms (Taleo, Workday, SmartRecruiters, etc.).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Previous experience working in multicultural teams is a plus.
