Role Overview We’re hiring an Amazon Seller Central Specialist to manage backend operations, troubleshoot listing issues, and handle Amazon case submissions and support escalations.

You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role ensuring all listings stay live, accurate, and compliant.

This is a full-time,  remote role best suited for someone who knows the ins and outs of Seller Central and enjoys solving complex catalog or compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities Handle all Amazon case submissions, including escalations, follow-ups, and resolution tracking Fix suppressed, stranded, and flagged listings with urgency and precision Manage flat file uploads for new ASINs, variation structures, and bulk edits Resolve catalog errors including incorrect images, titles, or listing merges Maintain account health by monitoring performance metrics and compliance status Work directly inside Seller Central to diagnose and correct backend issues Collaborate with creative, marketing, and logistics teams when backend support is needed Maintain SOP documentation for backend workflows and issue resolution   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 🧾 Resolved 95%+ of cases within 48 hours 🚫 Suppressed / flagged listings fixed within 24–48 hours ✅ Zero recurring compliance violations due to system errors 🛠️ Maintain error-free flat file uploads 📈 Weekly performance health audits completed and reported Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills : Advanced experience with Amazon Seller Central (2+ years) Proven success resolving listing issues and account health violations Familiarity with flat file uploads and variation relationships Strong understanding of Amazon’s catalog system and case escalation logic Excellent documentation, follow-up, and support communication skills   Nice-to-Have Skills : Prior experience managing multiple Amazon brands / accounts Comfortable working with Google Sheets or project tracking tools Amazon Brand Registry knowledge Who Should Apply? ✅ Apply if you : Are the “Amazon fixer” everyone goes to when things break Love solving problems others can’t figure out Know how to work around Seller Support’s generic responses Are detailed, precise, and hate letting errors linger   🚫 Do not apply if : You’ve only assisted with Seller Central but never owned backend tasks You rely on others to fix technical issues inside the account   Compensation & Work Environment 💼 Full-time remote 💰 Competitive salary (based on experience) 🧘‍♀️ Flexibility & autonomy in daily work 🧠 Work with a team that values precision and expertise Application Process Submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.  Answer assessment.  Initial interview with HR Team Final interview with the Department Manager Powered by JazzHR
