Purpose

As the Global Process Management Specialist, you will support order management process integrity and production support.

Essential obligations and responsibilities

Accountable for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of order and delivery status identify and avert customer-facing issues related to order monitor sales orders and delivery processes using reports and system and adhere to global process service levels to ensure consistent with cross-functional teams to address any relevant issues discovered during up with global issue owners to ensure timely closure of action items within prescribed service  root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in our initiatives to enhance efficiency and and deliver process metrics reports to management, highlighting key performance data-driven insights to guide decision- all Align products and regions that utilize the global order and delivery process.

Desirable education, skills and / or experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related of master data processes, including familiarity with data standards, data governance, and data quality in SAP / ERP systems, basic knowledge of processes and procedures to ensure efficient handles problems of limited scope and seeks stable working relationships within the organization, fostering teamwork and effective  interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional the ability to remain focused even during repetitive tasks, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and precision in  strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing for effective decision-making and process to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to drive tasks identifies opportunities for improvement.
