SCA Coordinator
Job Description
The SCA Coordinator is an integral part of assembly plant's quality system, responsible for calibrate the outgoing quality level of the vehicles to the customers. The SCA Coordinator will be responsible for supervising a group of UAW represented employees in a fast-paced high volume automotive manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that audit processes are in place to meet all corporate standards. the selected individual will have outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. Moreover, this person must have unquestioned integrity. The successful candidate must possess outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to :
Ensure proper application of SCA Standards Audit
Ensure proper training of SCA Auditors according with global calibration
Ensure communications with plant process in order to caintain and Fix Audit findings
Correct implementation of Best Practice 1,2
Support product development through product evaluation on lunch early phases
Support and coordinate global and corporate calibrations audits

Requirements
Ing. mecanico, mecatronico, industrial, o a fin. Minimo 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz
Ingles 80% minimo
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
Ability to work a flexible shift schedule
Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to analyze, synthesize and translate data into visual charts / graphs etc.
Flexibility to work on a rotating crew / shift schedule as neccesary
Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
Ability to be flexible to carry out tasks 'outside' of normal roles and responsibilities
Multitasking, balancing more than 1 task at a time.
