Regional LATAM Business Development Specialist
Our organization is seeking a Regional LATAM Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our business within the Latin America region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development Strategy : Define and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams : Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Market Research : Conduct ongoing market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Emerging Opportunities : Identify emerging opportunities through market analysis and help drive business expansion into new sectors and accounts.
- Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy that aligns with the company's global vision and business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Telecommunications) or related field.Experience : 10+ years in business development, presales, solution engineering, or technical consultancy.Skills : Strong ability to translate customer needs into business solutions, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.Languages & Availability :
Spanish as native speaker and English advanced level (required).Williness to travel.
