Analytical Transfer Specialist

Due to a constant growth, we are looking for an Analytical Transfer Specialist to support laboratory excellence activities for one of our key pharmaceutical clients. The position focuses on analytical method transfer, validation, and documentation management in compliance with GMP and international quality standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following : Execute analytical method transfer activities between sending and receiving laboratories, ensuring method equivalency and compliance with internal standards. Perform method validation, verification, and analytical testing (e.g. assay, impurities, dissolution). Prepare and review analytical protocols, reports, and supporting documentation . Carry out laboratory analyses using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, and Karl Fischer titration techniques. Ensure all work complies with GMP, GLP, and ICH Q2 (R2) guidelines. Participate in method optimization, troubleshooting, and investigations . Maintain accurate, traceable laboratory documentation following data integrity principles (ALCOA) . Collaborate closely with other laboratory scientists, quality control, and analytical development teams. Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of direct experience performing analytical method transfers and / or validations in a GMP-regulated environment. Proven hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.). Strong understanding of method validation parameters (accuracy, precision, linearity, robustness). Familiarity with pharmacopeial methods (USP / EP) and quality standards (GMP, ICH, ISO) . Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
