About Us

For over 50 years, Computime Group Limited has been a trusted name in engineering and manufacturing—recognized globally for quality, reliability, and innovation. What began as an engineering company in Hong Kong designing digital clock has evolved into a dynamic, diversified group with multiple business units spanning advanced technologies, manufacturing solutions, and proprietary brands.

Today, we are at a pivotal moment. While our roots remain strong, our future lies in innovation, digital transformation, and global leadership across multiple sectors. However, our public perception—especially among investors, analysts, and key stakeholders—still reflects our legacy as a traditional manufacturer.

We are now embarking on a bold corporate rebranding and digital transformation initiative to realign our identity with our evolved business model and future ambitions. We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Global HR teams to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and recognition programs that support talent attraction, engagement, and long-term retention in a high-performance, manufacturing environment.

Act as a subject-matter expert and advisor to HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders. Build strong relationships with global HR teams to ensure alignment and scalability of programs.

  • Lead annual compensation cycles including merit reviews, market adjustments, promotions, and performance-linked incentives.
  • Conduct market benchmarking studies and competitive intelligence to ensure pay positioning supports attraction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain internal equity models, market competitiveness assessments, and compensation dashboards for leadership.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive and consistent salary offers supporting employer brand and talent attraction strategies.
  • Support global mobility and local expatriate compensation processes where applicable.
  • Conduct internal job evaluations, manage job architecture consistency, and maintain job descriptions aligned with global standards.

Benefits & Employee Well-being Programs

  • Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs, including medical, life insurance, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Lead vendor selection, contract renewals, service reviews, and negotiations with benefit providers.
  • Monitor benefit utilization, cost trends, employee satisfaction, and improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate and enhance employee value proposition through innovative benefit offerings and flexible reward solutions.
  • Employee Recognition, Engagement & Retention Initiatives

  • Design, implement, and manage employee recognition programs (service awards, spot recognition, performance awards, peer recognition).
  • Implement retention strategies and targeted programs for critical and high-potential talent, aligned with Talent Management processes.
  • Support onboarding compensation experience for new hires, ensuring a competitive and consistent approach.
  • Support initiatives focused on retention of critical and hard-to-attract talent segments in manufacturing operations.
  • Introduce and manage data-driven retention initiatives (salaries, benefits, career pathways, incentive programs).
  • Policies, Governance & Compliance

  • Develop and update compensation and benefits policies ensuring compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations, and alignment with global reward governance.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory updates impacting payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks.

  • Identify and drive best-practice initiatives related to compensation transparency, pay equity, cost optimization, and employee value proposition evolution.
  • People & Data Analytics

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to compensation, benefits, turnover, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to senior leadership to enable strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and payroll.
